This Frymaster J1CSD 15-20 lb. gas countertop fryer is available in both natural and L.P. gas. It has a stainless steel pot, door and cabinet. The frying area of the J1CSD is 11" x 12", holding 15-20 pounds. The J1CSD has a rack- type basket support, basket hanger, two twin baskets, and legs. The J1CSD has a 45,000 BTU input. The J1CSD has a unique 1 degree, action thermostat helps extend the life of the fryer oil. The jet burner design features no burner tube radiant to burn out, and no burner cleaning or air- shutter adjustments are necessary. The open fry pot design on the J1CSD features no tubes, so the entire fry pot can be easily hand cleaned.
