The AyrKing Breading Table is a workstation with an integrated automatic sifter. The rotary brush sifter operates in almost total silence without detrimental vibration or agitation. The spiral brush configuration ejects unwanted dough balls and fall off chicken to a waste container. Ingredients are fully blended as the brush tumbles breading before it exits through the sifter screen into removable bottom mounted lug.
